  I have been to numerous Teavana locations, and I've had an enjoyable experience at all of them, except for the store in the Burlington Mall. I stopped in to try a few types of teas and really enjoyed one of them. I went for a second sample to assess whether I should buy it or not. I reached for a sample cup and a woman practically slapped my hand and said "you can't have seconds". It wouldn't have been a big deal if she said it politely, but she had a bad attitude and was rude. I went back a few minutes later to tell her how I felt and she stormed off, so I talked to the "manager". She had a better attitude, but she confirmed, "Yes, we can't offer seconds because there wouldn't be any more tea (haha!). If you want more you'll have to buy a drink."
  The experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm not bashing the Teavana- they make delicious beverages- but the service at this location sucked and was unprofessional. I do not recommend.

  The tea is very good and high quality with many styles and kinds available. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their teas and are very willing to let you smell every one of them. Samples are available, but are generally sweetened. The biggest draw back are the prices which are quite high and much better can be found online.
