- 1 / 5By Cindy Savage-KingFirst time at a b.good. Not the best first experience. I got a burger and asked for just a little mayo. I got extra mayo. My fries were cold and had sweet potato fries mixed in. There was one - ONE!! - trashcan in the whole restaurant and it was full. One napkin station was empty. The ladies' room needed tissue. All of these little things suggest to me that it's a management issue. Someone doesn't pay attention to details. If that had been my restaurant I would have been furious and heads would roll! It's the little things that bring back customers. I won't be going back.December 14, 2016
